Roles And Responsibilities
Develop market strategies to promote and sell imported German Homoeopathic Products to doctors, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.
Identify prospective business and market opportunities for the company.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, reporting directly to senior management on progress.
Conduct training and development sessions for junior field staff on product knowledge, customer presentations, and key selling features.
Research competitors and analyze their market performance and strategies.
Meet and exceed company sales targets.
Skills Required
Proven senior-level marketing experience in Homoeopathy.
In-depth market knowledge of homoeopathy, especially in the Northern India market.
Established customer relationships that can be leveraged upon.
Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ambitious, self-driven, and an innovative thinker.
